鉴于这类系统在各大中小型企业的广泛应用与相对滞后的研究水平,本文提出了三种新的能切实地解决目前尺寸链计算机辅助分析解算中存在的各种难题的设计方案,第一种方案将尺寸链中各组成环能取的极值组合起来,自动列方程组,求解每个组合情况下的封闭环尺寸,最后比较这些结果,得出封闭环的最大最小值;第二种方案将尺寸链各组成环向预先设定好的两个方向投影,之后再分析各尺寸环投影分量的增减性,并且提供了组成环两个方向上的投影分量增减性不一的复杂情况下的解决办法,综合组成环各投影分量的增减性,然后自动列出方程组,最后根据各组成环的投影分量以及所列的方程组来确定尺寸链封闭环的尺寸;第三种方案以蒙特卡洛法为原理,在尺寸链各组成环的取值范围内使用计算机产生大量随机数,模拟实际大批量生产中的零件尺寸分布情况,以更经济更合理的方式分析、计算封闭环尺寸。
